1. Acceptance and service
By using Defnolia Woman, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The app provides cycle tracking, personal record keeping, reminders, wellbeing tools and entertainment or reflection content. Features may vary by version, country and device.
2. Health and safety
Defnolia Woman is not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency services or professional healthcare. Cycle and fertility estimates are approximate, are not contraception and must not be used to prevent or achieve pregnancy.
Fasting, movement and wellbeing information is general information only. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care, use medication, have diabetes, an eating-disorder history or another relevant condition, consult a qualified clinician before using such features. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
3. Subscriptions and trials
Prices, billing periods, trial eligibility and renewal terms are displayed by Google Play before purchase. Unless cancelled through Google Play, a subscription may renew automatically under the store terms. You can manage or cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases can be used for eligible purchases associated with the same store account.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and only for personal purposes.
- Protect your device, app PIN and exported backup files.
- Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, resell or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Do not rely on tarot, horoscope, dream, numerology or I Ching content as factual, medical, legal, financial or safety advice.
5. Intellectual property and availability
The app, brand, interface, original text, artwork and software are owned by or licensed to Defnolia Studios. Personal records you create remain yours. We may correct errors, change features or discontinue a feature, while respecting mandatory consumer rights.
6. Liability and law
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable consumer law and mandatory jurisdiction rules remain in force.
